Why We Expanded the Program

Demand for reliable embedded parts has grown as manufacturers in industrial control, instrumentation, consumer products and IoT look for microcontrollers and non-volatile memory that boot quickly and stay in supply. To meet that demand, BeiLuo has expanded its stocking program for genuine Microchip devices across its regional warehouses. The goal is simple: cut lead times for the fast-moving MCU and EEPROM models that production lines depend on, and keep them available when customers need them, whether the quantity is a handful of samples or a full production build.

Microchip offers two great 8-bit microcontroller families, the PIC and the AVR, a 32-bit PIC32 family, and a broad serial EEPROM range, all supported by one toolchain, so a designer can source the processor and the memory from one supplier. By holding the mainstream models in regional inventory, BeiLuo removes the gap between a design win and a production run, and it gives engineers a local source that can respond in days rather than the weeks a factory allocation can take.

What Is Now Stocked

The expanded program covers three broad families. On the PIC side we stock the 8-bit PIC16 and PIC18 with integrated USB and the 32-bit PIC32. On the AVR side we stock the 8-pin ATtiny, the mainstream ATmega328P and the large ATmega2560. On the memory side we stock the I2C 24-series and SPI 25-series serial EEPROM, including the 24AA02E48 with a factory EUI-48 identity. Together the families serve industrial control, instrumentation, consumer products, USB peripherals and connected designs.

PIC and AVR MCUs

The stocked MCUs cover the range from a small, low-cost 8-pin part to a 100-pin part with 256 KB of flash and 86 I/O lines, with a choice of the PIC and the AVR cores and integrated USB on the PIC18 and PIC32. All use the MPLAB environment and the XC compilers, so a team can move across the families with modest effort and a design can start small and grow.

Serial EEPROM

The stocked serial EEPROM covers the configuration, the calibration and the identity role, from a small 2 Kbit part with a factory EUI-48 node address to a 256 Kbit part for a large log, on the I2C or the SPI bus. The data is retained for about 40 years with an endurance of about one million write cycles, which suits the settings that must last the life of the product.

What This Means for Customers

For design and production teams, in-stock devices shorten the gap between prototype validation and volume build. Instead of waiting on a long factory allocation, customers can pull mainstream models from regional inventory and keep projects on schedule. The program also supports sample quantities, so engineers can validate the power, the boot and the retention before committing to production volumes, and it keeps a reorder fast when a design moves into series production.

Documentation With Every Order

Every shipment includes an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file, so customs clearance and quality audits stay straightforward. Buyers who audit suppliers will find the documentation complete and consistent, which matters when a device sources into a product that ships worldwide. Documentation is prepared before dispatch, so it arrives together with the parts rather than trailing them.

Regional Warehousing and Lead Time

The stocked models are held in regional warehouses close to major manufacturing centers, so a mainstream part can move in days. Allocation-sensitive parts are scheduled against customer forecasts, and BeiLuo confirms availability before you commit to an order. This two-part approach balances fast delivery for the common parts against predictable supply for the rest, which is exactly what a production schedule needs.

How to Access the Program

Customers can ask for a stocked model, a sample or a volume quotation by contacting the BeiLuo team. If you send your MCU core, memory and interface requirements, and your EEPROM bus, density and package, our FAE engineers will confirm the best-fit device, verify the specification and quote with current stock and lead time. Combined with the documentation that ships on every order, the expanded program gives design and production teams a reliable local source for Microchip devices across the industrial, consumer and IoT segments.
